  • Infrastructure refresh: based on our asset and warranty records and analysis of support tickets, we noticed that the clients’ hardware was becoming dated. We provided them with advance notice to begin budgeting for a refresh. When it was time, we implemented an effective replacement and migration plan without disruption to their team’s productivity.
  • Managed Cloud Backup: we hardened their backup strategy by designing an accessible, cost-efficient cloud-based backup solution that met their unique compliance needs and provides air gapped protection. Our team continuously monitors their backups and assists with restore requests when needed.
  • M365 Migration & Management: we helped the client understand the value of Microsoft 365 for their business and delivered a seamless migration to M365. We continue to manage their M365 environment, handling support requests, data backup, and driving M365 security.
